This past week I spent several days in Georgia. I started in Atlanta and had very productive meetings with our partners with the Georgia Department of Corrections and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The Flood of 2010

This week we released 1st quarter earnings to the market and we had our call with analysts and investors on Thursday, which went well and allowed us to give good color about the company's prospects short and long term. Day trip to Diamondback

I traveled today, along with representatives with HR, to Diamondback to visit with staff. Unfortunately, we are in the process of ramping down Diamondback with the State of Arizona. However, staff is very committed in ensuring a safe and orderly transition with the State. Read More

As I mentioned in my email, the news we reported on Florida was good news and challenging news to announce. CCA has been a trusted and accountable partner with the State of Florida for 15 years and with that, I am very proud that we will continue to operate Bay Correctional and will be able to bring two additional facilities into the CCA correctional system.
