William DuBray

William DuBray

has been promoted to managing director, Technology. DuBray joined CCA in 2007 as senior director, Enterprise Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in information technology, having also worked in health care and manufacturing. Before joining CCA, DuBray worked as a range of technology roles, including director, Network Engineering & Operations at AGL Resources, Inc., manager, Voice & Data Communications at Textron Aerostructures, Inc., and senior network analyst at Vanderbilt Medical Center. DuBray holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Jay Hansom

Jay Hansom

has been promoted to managing director, Program Management. Hansom joined CCA in 2004 as director, Program Management Office. He has over 20 years of information technology experience. Before joining CCA, Hansom formed Management Services Group – a technology consulting and software outsourcing company. Before that, he worked in the Management Consulting Division of Price Waterhouse, where he specialized in the deployment of financial accounting and reporting systems.

Charlie Peterson

Charlie Peterson

has been named director, Security. Peterson has over 35 years of experience in state, federal and partnership corrections. He joined CCA in 2005 as a correctional consultant at the Facility Support Center and was named warden at Cimarron Correctional Facility before becoming director, Classification/Security Threat Groups. Prior to joining CCA, Peterson spent more than 29 years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he worked as a correctional officer, correctional counselor, case manager, case management coordinator, unit manager, assistant warden and warden, before retiring. Peterson served for two years in the U.S. Army. He holds a bachelor's degree in corrections from Oklahoma City University.

Idaho
Juan Ibarra

Juan Ibarra

has been promoted to assistant warden at Idaho Correctional Center. Ibarra joined CCA in 1993 as a correctional officer at Torrance County Detention Facility, where he also served as senior correctional officer, assistant shift supervisor, SORT commander and unit manager. He left the company briefly to work as a police officer, and later rejoined as case manager at Torrance, where he also served as training manager, chief of unit management and chief of security, before joining Idaho as investigator.

Ohio
Katrenia Baker-Webb

Katrenia Baker-Webb

has been named chief of unit management at Lake Erie Correctional Institution. Before Lake Erie was CCA-owned, Baker-Webb spent 10 years at the facility, where she started as a correctional officer and later worked as a unit sergeant, shift lieutenant, acting shift captain, scheduling lieutenant and acting shift captain. Baker-Webb went to the Ohio State Penitentiary as shift lieutenant before returning to Lake Erie as shift lieutenant. She also worked at North Coast Correctional Treatment Facility as an administrative captain and shift captain, and later went to Lake Erie as a unit management administrator. Baker-Webb spent 10 years as a youth leader at Ashtabula Juvenile Detention Center.

Randall Bryant

Randall Bryant

has been named assistant warden at Lake Erie Correctional Institution. Bryant brings nearly three decades of corrections experience, having started in the early 1980s as a correctional officer with the Louisiana Department of Corrections. Bryant later joined the Florida Department of Corrections as a correctional officer and held a number of positions, including correctional probation supervisor, correctional probation senior supervisor, assistant warden of Operations, and warden of four facilities, before ending his Florida DOC career last year as regional director. After retiring, Bryant had been working with CCA as a consultant.

Barry Goodrich

Barry Goodrich

has transferred to Lake Erie Correctional Institution as warden. Goodrich joined CCA in 1992 as a correctional officer at Leavenworth Detention Center, where he was promoted to assistant shift supervisor. He became shift supervisor at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, where he was promoted to chief of security before going to the formerly CCA-operated Prairie Correctional Facility as assistant warden. Goodrich later served as assistant warden at Crowley County Correctional Facility and Coffee Correctional Facility, where he was promoted to warden. Prior to joining CCA, Goodrich served in the U.S. Army and in law enforcement for eight years. He holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

Vince Vantell

Vince Vantell

has transferred to Lake Erie Correctional Institution as chief of security. Vantell joined CCA in 1997 as a correctional officer at Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, where he was promoted to shift supervisor. Vantell was later promoted to assistant chief of security at Central Arizona Detention Center before returning to Northeast Ohio as chief of security. He transferred to Marion County Jail II as chief of security, and later served in the same position at La Palma Correctional Center.

Craig Frappiea

Craig Frappiea

has been named chief of security at Davis Correctional Facility. Frappiea joined CCA in 2001 as a correctional officer at Central Arizona Detention Center, where he was promoted to senior correctional officer. He later joined Florence Correctional Center as assistant shift supervisor and was promoted to shift supervisor at Central Arizona. Frappiea later became assistant chief of security at Eloy Detention Center. He left the company to work as a senior advisor for the Corrections System Support Program in Afghanistan and rejoined in his current position. Frappiea started his career with the Vermont Department of Corrections and later served in a variety of leadership roles with the Virginia Department of Corrections and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Phillip Valdez

Phillip Valdez

has transferred to Eden Detention Center as assistant warden. Valdez joined CCA in 2000 as a shift supervisor at Idaho Correctional Center, where he later served as chief of security, assistant warden and warden. He later became assistant warden at Leavenworth Detention Center. Prior to joining CCA, Valdez spent nearly 10 years with the Idaho Department of Corrections, where he worked as a correctional officer.
