Arizona
Kris Kline
has been promoted to chief of security at Red Rock Correctional Facility. Kline joined CCA in 2000 as a correctional officer at Bay Correctional Facility, where he also served as senior correctional officer, assistant shift supervisor and safety manager. He transferred to North Fork Correctional Facility as unit manager.
Facility Support Center
Amanda Lester
has been promoted to director, Business Analysis. Lester joined CCA in 2002 as a financial analyst at TransCor before joining the Facility Support Center as a facility accounting manager and later being promoted to corporate accountant. Before joining CCA, Lester worked as a staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Tim O'Dell
has been named director, Chaplaincy and Developmental programs. O'Dell joined CCA in 1998 as director, Addictions Treatment and Behavioral Programs and brings more than 40 years of corrections and criminal justice experience, including security and administrative positions at the Kentucky Department of Corrections, the Bowling Green Police Department and the State of Kentucky.
Maria Ramos-Stewart
has been named director, Inventory & Supply Management. Most recently, Ramos-Stewart spent three years at ModusLink as manager, Supply Chain Services. She also served as managing partner of TechnoComplete and marketing forecast analyst at Cumberland Swan. Ramos-Stewart holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from California State University.
Ron Thompson
has been named vice president, Operations (Business Unit I). Thompson joined CCA in 2005 as managing director, Operations (Division I). Prior to joining CCA, Thompson spent 31 years with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he began his career as a correctional officer and promoted through the ranks to become warden of two facilities. Thompson also served in senior executive service positions, including six years as regional director and three years as assistant director, Human Resource Management Division. In 2003, Thompson received the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Service. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Malone College and a master's degree in administration of justice from Southern Illinois University.
Mississippi
Rick Looney
has transferred to Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility as chief of security. Looney joined CCA in 1997 as assistant shift supervisor at North Fork Correctional Facility and later transferred to Cimarron Correctional Facility as shift supervisor. He was promoted to chief of security at Wheeler Correctional Facility, where he later served as assistant warden. Looney was promoted to warden at Torrance County Detention Facility before going to North Fork Correctional Facility as assistant warden. He then went to Lindsey State Jail as captain. Prior to CCA, Looney spent 15 years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where he worked in five different facilities and promoted through the ranks to become building major.
Dolan Waller
has been named assistant warden at Delta Correctional Facility. Waller joined CCA in 1989 as chief of security at Houston Processing Center. He was promoted to assistant warden at West Tennessee Detention Facility before transferring to Eden Detention Center in the same role. Waller transferred again to the formerly operated Brownfield Intermediate Sanction Facility as assistant warden before being promoted to warden there. He then joined Kit Carson Correctional Facility as warden and transferred to Wilkinson County Correctional Facility before retiring in 2006. Prior to joining CCA, Waller spent eight years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where he began as a correctional officer and promoted to lieutenant. Waller served for two years in the U.S. Army as a specialist in the 1st Battalion, 40th Field Artillery Regiment in Hanau, Germany.
