The CCA Way Contest

Tell Your CCA Way Story

What’s your CCA Way story? In celebration of The CCA Way five-year anniversary, CCA employees are invited to submit their own CCA Way story with an essay, photo or video that exemplifies the designated guiding principle. A new guiding principle will be featured during each of the next 12 months. Each month, winners will be selected based on the entry that best personifies the selected guiding principle.

Feel free to be creative and express yourself with entries that illustrate a personal story of growth or guidance, a fellow colleague’s leadership or facility-wide CCA Way initiative, for example, through the essay option. Or, if you have a creative eye, capture an example of The CCA Way with a photograph focusing on themes like community outreach, mentoring or volunteerism. Lastly, the video format offers a new medium for employees to explore and share your message. Please send essays in Word format, photos in .jpg format and videos of five minutes or less in QuickTime format. Submit all entries as an email attachment to CCA.Marketing@correctionscorp.com with ‘CCA Way Contest’ and your facility name in the subject line. When submitting an entry, please include the full name of each person submitting the entry, facility name and contact information.

The CCA employee(s) responsible for the winning entry will receive an exclusive commemorative CCA Way gift item not currently available to other CCA employees. Additionally, entries will be featured companywide in subsequent print and online employee newsletters and on the company’s intranet.
