CCA Makes Dental Vendor Change

Beginning April 1, 2010, CCA will have a new carrier for its dental plan. United Concordia Dental (UCD), one of the nation's largest dental plan providers, will offer a Low and High option from which employees can choose.

If your dentist is not in the UCD network, you can nominate him or her online at https://secure.ucci.com/non-ldap/forms/nominate.html. The Nominate My Provider link will allow members to submit an online form requesting a specific dentist be recruited for the network. Since United Concordia does not have all of CCA's group/eligibility information on file yet, you will need to indicate "Advantage Plus network" in the Comments section.

New ID cards will be mailed to employee homes prior to April 1. If you have any questions, please see your facility HR Department.
