CCA Employee Portal Now Available

New tool puts Benefits information at employees' fingertips

Computer Keyboard - FMSP

CCA is pleased to offer another convenience benefit for our employees. We have just launched a new tool for employees called the employee portal, which is located on CCA's intranet. The portal is located on the second tab. This "self-service" portal allows employees easy access to perform the following functions:

• Link to CCA policies, procedures, and forms
• Review CCA Internal Job Postings
• Read about your CCA Benefits package
• Determine your PTO balance
• Access the Open Enrollment website

Additionally, new features will be deployed over the next several months to include the following items:

• Submitting Address and Contact Information Changes
• Changing your Name (employee will still needs to submit a copy of their social security card to complete the transaction)
• Altering your W-4 elections

The employee portal is a very convenient tool.

As you review and use the portal, please provide feedback to your local HR Manager so that we can continue to improve the tool for all CCA employees. Thank you!

Katherine at Bay Correctional:

I like the employee portal it is convenient for checking my pto and my check stub...I would like it if we had limited access to kronis so that I could check my clock in/out time, which I like to keep track of without having to ask the supervisor to do it for me.

Steven Rozell at NFCF:

Several people have done there insurance at home on there computers but I can't seem to get to that website in my computer

Angel Orrantia at SDCF:

I can't seem to get to that website in my computer

Anntonyoa Hamilton at Dawson State Jail:

MICHAEL WILLIAMS at BRADSHAW STATE JAIL:

i wish we could check our company emails from home

Deloris Haidle at Red Rock Correctional Center:

I can't get the employee portal to work..... How do you get to it?

Daniel Mendoza at Eloy Detention Center:

I would like to see this portal accessible from the home PC as well. A lot of your hourly employees will be more likely to access that information from home rather than work.

Maria Stebbins at EDC:

Hats off to the KRONOS timecard question on the employee portal. What a tremendous asset that would be at pay period closing. Is that a future thought?

We have had numerous staff at EDC ask the same question, "How do I get the employee portal to work at home?" Is there a universal solution to this?

StephanienDaigneault at Red Rock Correctional Faacility:

I join with Dee And can't get the portal to work from home either.

patrick beres at KCCF:

Been trying to use the new internal employee access. Its really terrible. I just finished the experience section and citrix shut down-losing three hours of my work. Its gone...Since I can't access Citrix at home I'll be staying at least three more hours at the facility tonight trying to apply for this job if Citrix works. Right now Internet Explorer cannot find the server for citrix.

Cynthia Cornish at CTFDC:

I cannot acess the intranet from my home computer.

JOHN YARFI at ELIZABETH DETENTION CENTER:

I can't access the CCA intranet on my home computer.

InsideCCA: We regret that many of you have had trouble accessing the employee portal from home. Step-by-step instructions for logging in are as follows: 1. Go to www.cca.com. 2. At the very bottom center of the main page, click on Employee Access (it's in gray). 3. Click on "The CCA Employee Portal." 4. Enter your user name and password in the window that pops up. 5. Enjoy.

samuel shaw at west tn. detention facility:

I would like to view my check stubs online.

Dean Campbell at Lake Erie Correctional:

I'd like the option to do my online training at home where I can concentrate and pay attention,
